How did this start? Our Jacksons Journey
Jacksons are a proud family-run business with over four decades, focusing on Range Cookers and Central heating systems.
Jacksons were born in the family home, back garden in 1999, converting our home garage into the first ever office. As the years went on, we built a purposely made office, attaching to our garage to give us extra room for storage. Fast forward 19 years, in 2018, we out grew our home garage and offices and moved into our long-term home and showroom in the heart of Preston.
Our Showroom showcases the best of the best Range Cookers and Stoves. Our service is unmatched and we pride ourselves in helping you find your dream cooker / stove offering our professional and best advice to you.
Our Family are committed to the passion of the beautiful Range Cookers and Stoves, and it continues to be apparent in every service you will get from us. Whether that just be buying some cleaning products or a whole new range cooker, our service will be the same.

The Jacksons Team
Steve – Founder / Director / Technical / Engineer. Steve is the back bone of Jacksons, Agas and Rayburns have been apart of his life since he was 14. Fully qualified to cover all AGA’s and Rayburn appliances, and central heating systems. With over 35 years of experience, you can talk to Steve about the most simple and most complex questions or advice regarding your Range cooker / system.
Tracy – Co-founder / Director / Showroom Manager. Tracy does all things behind the scenes, she keeps our showroom top tier, makes all the big showroom decisions and keeps the team in check. Loves to talk to all our our customers online, on the phone or via messages about anything and everything range cookers.
Robert – Technical / Engineer. Robert is the cousin to Steve and is our other fully qualified engineer. With over 25 years of experience, you’ll mostly find Robert out and about fixing and servicing all things AGA and Rayburn. He is also our Chief Spider remover, Robert has no fears and will happily pick them up to take them outside. We all need a Robert!
Laura – Accounts Manager / Admin and Sales. Laura is the youngest daughter of Steve and Tracy, and is the constant office presence. Answering your calls, dealing with your enquries, booking in appointments, whilst managing all things numbers behind the scenes.
Beth – Marketing Manager / Admin and Sales. Beth is the oldest daughter of Steve and Tracy and deals with things all things marketing and designing. Most of our website pictures, social pictures, leaflets and posters ect are all down to Beth, something us non-creative people can’t do! You’ll mostly see Beth in the showroom talking all thing Range Cookers!
