At Jackson’s, we specialise in electric AGA conversions, helping you keep all the things you love about your AGA while giving you a little more control over how and when it is used.

With energy costs being a consideration for many households, an electric conversion can offer a more flexible way to run your AGA. Rather than having it on all the time, you can programme it around your daily routine and choose when you need it.

The Electrickit Advanced system offers programmable heating times, flexible timer settings and temperature control, while still allowing your AGA cooker to do what it has always done — provide excellent cooking and warmth!

What’s all the fuss about?

ElectricKit Advanced Features:

• Independent oven temperature control – The multi-element oven system provides heating from above, below & between the ovens, giving you precise control over each oven. The right-hand ovens can be used independently for roasting, baking or simmering, & the bottom oven can also reach full roasting temperature when required.
• Optional high-temperature hot cupboard – Available on 4-oven models, this option allows the traditional simmering & warming ovens to reach temperatures of up to 280°C, with quick heat-up times. This option is not available on Standard ovens.
• Programmable timers – Set the temperature & heating times for each oven independently using the control screen or the Electrickit app.
• Wi-Fi control – Connect your AGA to Wi-Fi & adjust the settings remotely using the app.
• Fast heat-up hob – A 2.2kW hob is supplied as standard where the available electrical supply allows.
• Optional induction hob – An induction upgrade is available for precise temperature control, gentle cooking & quick boiling.
• Radiant heat hob – An expandable radiant heat hob option is available for additional cooking flexibility.
• Optional warming plate or ceramic hob – For 4-oven models, a choice between an independent warming plate or a 2-ring ceramic hob.
• Wall-mounted controls – Optional wall-mounted controls provide convenient access to the programmable timer & cooker settings.
• Worktop touchscreen stand – Instead of wall-mounted controls, the touchscreen can be supplied on a stand for your worktop. This can be particularly useful where the position of the AGA makes wall mounting difficult. Standard ovens require wall-mounted controls.

Optional Extras

Hobs:

With an Electrickit Advanced conversion, you can choose from a range of hob options to suit the way you cook & use your AGA.

The standard conversion includes two solid hotplates, but you can also choose to upgrade to induction, radiant heat or a warming plate. This gives you the flexibility to have a hob setup that works best for your kitchen and cooking style.

Controls:

The ElectricKit Advanced is fully controllable with an easy to use touch screen allowing you to control the temperature of each hob and oven independently. You can choose from controls integrated into your oven, wall mounted controls, or a screen and stand for your worktop. Further to this, the ElectricKit app allows you to adjust your oven’s settings from your phone.

Roasting Upgrade Cupboard (4 ovens only)

The ElectricKit Advanced upgraded roasting cupboard ovens give you more power in your warming ovens meaning you can reach temperatures of 250°C in the top oven & approximately 220°C-230°C in the bottom oven. These ovens now have more of a temperature range making them more usable.
