I am so grateful to Laura and Bob for solving my major problem with my Rayburn. I came across Jackson’s of Preston from a google search after the chap who normally serviced my Rayburn moved to Ireland. Unfortunately it appeared that he was less than competent in his serving leading to serious repair required. Laura got me fitted in and the lovely Bob arrived and got to work. He stayed much after his clocking off time !! to make sure everything working fine. That was followed up by a telephone call to make sure all ok by Laura. Yet again excellent service from Steve, rang yesterday and in little over 24 hours my Aga is up and working again. It has been the same outstanding service each time I have called over the last 4 years. It’s a shame Aga don’t offer the same high level of service.
